My first service experience was not what I would call a good one. The service bay door was a very tight fit with my 2500, almost lost a mirror. Once entering, I felt like I was in a smoking room so I made a comment to a lady service manager and I asked for no one to please smoke in my truck as I'm very allergic to cigarette smoke. After my service was completed I was driving home and I was smelling something burning. Once I got home, I opened the hood and saw that oil was dropped onto a manifold, checked the oil and it was not topped off 😒. I parked my truck in my shop with painted floors and noticed the next morning there was oil was on my floor. I decided to climb under my truck and then found the oil filter not tight, oil was leaking from not being tighten enough, so I tighten the filter almost a full turn by hand and topped off my oil. I'm not mad but not really happy with your service department. Thanks for a free oil change, I'll be doing my own from now on. This lack of attention to detail could have cost an engine.

I left my 2021 Camaro at the dealership for an oil change and a recall update. I left there for about 2.5 hours came back but car was not quite ready at the time. So my wife and I walked up front and saw the owner setting in his office who immediately invited us in to set down and talk. We have been doing business with this dealership for 45 or more years. We talked a good 45 min about old times and new we really enjoyed that time with him. Started to leave and found that the car was ready. This is what I call service when you are treaded like they care about you. Thanks MJ

The price i was charged was $101.43 that was an increase of 63%, the shop fee increase was over 100% from $2.40 to $5.07 and i did not have my tires rotated this time!

In October I bought a 2025 Equinox. My son was helping me pack for vacation. The car was spotted up from sprinkles of rain. I got him to run it thru the car wash. That night we all went to dinner. As we were leaving we noticed the fin on top of the car was loose. I took it to Lee Chevrolet. They said it was from the car wash. They said I could not drive it. So I left it at Lee Chevrolet. They gave me a car to drive which I appreciate very much. Three weeks went by and I still had not heard anything. The bad part was they told me I would have to pay for the repair. I paid $28,000 cash for this vehicle and now I have to pay $710.00 for the repair. It still doesn't have but a few miles over 500. Long story short, four weeks later it was ready to be picked up. I paid the $710. My family and I have read up on the Equinox and saw this seems to be a common problem for them. I am very disappointed that I had to pay the bill. Chevrolet needs to have this as a recall and warn people to not go thru the car wash or cover it under warranty.

Very Good communication via the Service Advisor (Samantha) to the status of my vehicle and as a liaison between the actual Service Delivery personnel and me. Her demeanor is always personable and professional, a testament to meeting the customer's service needs and promoting a welcoming environment leading to a very positive experience with each visit. The Service Technician (Chad) was excellent in directly conveying options to achieve a fix for my Corvette's issue, citing the pros and cons for each recommendation. His knowledge of my Corvette and all it's nuances is far exceeds that of most technicians I've encountered across the country during my tenure as a Corvette owner. I will always seek his advice and/or availability when I need anything "Corvette." Lee Chevrolet is most fortunate to have employees of their calibre represent the dealership and interface with their customer base.
